God has entrusted the leadership of the local church to elders. An elder is a man who meets the biblical qualifications laid down in Scripture and whose responsibility it is to know, feed, lead, and protect the church. We are currently working with the church planting ministry Midwest Church Extension to help identify and appoint elders in the church, and as we do that we have a steering committee to help lead the church. Our Resident-Minister comes from MCE and is fulfilling a residency program through Summit Bible Church.
